How to Prepare for Class
During class you may participate in inversions. Inversions are poses where the body is upside down, or the heart is higher than the head. Loose clothing is not ideal for this, so be sure to wear a tighter fitting shirt or one that you can tuck in, and pants that can stretch with your body. Shoes are optional, some prefer to be barefoot and some prefer socks. We provide mats for floor movements, but if you'd like to bring your own, it is permitted. Bring a bottle of water, even though it doesn't feel like exercise, you will get thirsty!
